IT & Services acquisitions saved from disaster A group of Direct Investment Funds faced significant losses when a series of IT and services acquisitions in South East Asia and Greater China foundered. Local managers were operating beyond their capabilities. Staff felt threatened by the changes. The client needed an external group to work alongside its management team to ensure all integration problems were resolved and acquisition targets achieved.
