regarding the length and process of the search. Each phase is clearly presented allowing the client to plan for the introduction of the new employee.
The successful candidate’s references are checked just prior to an employment offer. The client receives Reference Reports and full contact details of all referees to enable further checking.
Assistance is available in presenting the employment package to the preferred candidate, and working through the final negotiations.
